Boat excursions to these islands are available from Praslin. Anse Volbert is the main tourism hub of the island where a collection of hotels, restaurants, shops and bars are found.
La Digue Island is the third most populated island and the fourth largest by land size. It is considered to be the most beautiful island in Seychelles as you experience the locals preserved traditional way of living. It is accessible by fast ferry from Mahe and Praslin. There is also a helicopter service but there is no domestic airport on La Digue.
One of the most photographed beach in the world is Anse Source d’Argent Beach with its picturesque huge granite rocks. La Digue island is also surrounded by neighboring islands like Felicite, Grand Soeur, Petite Soeur, St Pierre and Curieuse Islands. Boat excursions to these islands are also available from La Digue.
